State Lottery - Agents - Licensing Considerations and Application Processing Fee

Synopsis:

Adding to the factors the Director of the State Lottery Agency must consider before issuing a license to act as a State lottery sales agent; authorizing the State Lottery Agency to charge a fee for license applications for State lottery agents; and requiring the Agency to adopt regulations relating to the application fee.
