Public Utilities - Electric Company Reimbursement to Ratepayers for
Power Outages
Authorizing the Public Service Commission to order an electric company
that is unable to distribute electricity to reimburse nonresidential
and residential ratepayers up to a specified amount for specified
losses sustained by the ratepayers; requiring specified ratepayers to
submit a reimbursement request, within a specified time frame and on a
form developed by the Commission, that includes the amount of
reimbursement requested and evidence of the loss sustained; etc.
