Legislative Data Processing Advisory Committee - Live Broadcast of House and Senate Floor Sessions

Synopsis:

Requiring the Legislative Data Processing Advisory Committee of the General Assembly to develop a plan to implement a live webcam Internet broadcast of both the House and Senate floor sessions to be offered to the public free of charge; requiring the Advisory Committee to study plans in other states that provide this service in constructing its plan for Maryland; etc.
