Life Insurance - Insurable Interests
Authorizing an organization to which charitable contributions may be
made under specified provisions of federal law, and a trust,
partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or similar entity
approved in writing by the organization, to procure or cause to be
procured an insurance policy on the life of an individual under
specified circumstances; providing that specified institutions,
organizations, and entities have an insurable interest in the life of
the insured; etc.
