Synopsis:

Exempting real property leased from the federal government from the State's right to recover, under specified circumstances, funds disbursed to specified community mental health, addiction, and developmental disabilities facilities grant programs; and exempting real property leased from the federal government from the State's right, under specified circumstances, to create a lien against real property used for community mental health, addiction, and developmental disabilities facilities grant programs.
