Providing for the calculation of the width of a motor home or a travel trailer; authorizing the State Highway Administration and local authorities to restrict the width of vehicles traveling on specified highways in their jurisdiction under specified circumstances; increasing the maximum length of a bus or Class M motor home when operated on specified highways or routes; increasing the maximum length of a specified maxi-cube vehicle; etc.
