Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Garrett County to require any person seeking to hold a special event in the county to obtain a permit from the County Commissioners of Garrett County; defining a term; authorizing the County Commissioners to set a fee for the permit, to require the posting of security, and to adopt regulations; establishing penalties; etc.
