Synopsis:

Requiring specified water systems to notify in writing specified private schools, public schools, child care centers, and family day care homes of specified water contamination; requiring private schools, public schools, child care centers, and family day care homes to give notice of drinking water contamination to the parent or legal guardian of each child attending these institutions; and establishing requirements for the notice.
