Veterans Advocacy and Education Act of 2005

Synopsis:

Establishing the Veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq Conflicts Scholarship; establishing the application requirements for participation in the scholarship; requiring scholarship recipients to file for specified federal and State financial aid by a specified date; requiring the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit a report by December 31 of each year to the Governor and the General Assembly that includes specified information; establishing the Task Force to Study State Assistance to Veterans; etc.
