Synopsis:

Transferring the administration of the Senator William H. Amoss Fire, Rescue, and Ambulance Fund from the Department of State Police to the Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA); authorizing the Director of MEMA to administer a specified fund and develop specified procedures; requiring the Director to provide specified authorization to the Treasurer for disbursing specified funds; and defining specified terms.
