Prohibiting health benefit plans from reimbursing a health care
practitioner in an amount less than specified fees being paid on
November 1, 2004; requiring the Maryland Health Care Commission to
study the impact of reimbursement requirements and to report the
results to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January
1, 2007; and providing for the termination of the Act.
