Synopsis:

Requiring the State Superintendent of Schools to keep records including specified information about the academic and professional credentials of public school teachers; requiring the State Superintendent to submit a report each year to the Governor on data collected by the State Superintendent on the credentials of public school teachers; providing for the form of a report; prohibiting a report from violating the privacy of public school teachers; etc.
