Synopsis:

Authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to allow a specified holder of a Class B beer, wine and liquor license to hold or have an interest in an additional license, if the restaurant for which the license is sought is within a specified waterfront entertainment retail complex as defined by a county ordinance or a commercial establishment on 100 or more acres designated by the County Executive as a recreational, destination, or entertainment attraction; etc.
