Prohibiting places of public entertainment in Prince George's County that do not have a license under the alcoholic beverages laws of the State from serving or dispensing items such as drinking containers or ice or from serving, dispensing, keeping, or allowing to be consumed on the premises alcoholic beverages or other component parts of mixed alcoholic drinks.
