Motor Vehicles - Operation on Sidewalks and Public Land

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from operating a motor vehicle on public land that is not a highway; authorizing a person to operate an off-road vehicle on public land if authorized under specified regulations; authorizing a person to operate an electric personal assistive mobility device (EPAMD) on a sidewalk under certain circumstances; providing for the construction of a provision of the Act; etc.
