Taxes, Fees, and Other Governmental Charges - Attribution for Legislation

Synopsis:

Requiring a State agency issuing a notice to the public regarding taxes, fees, or other governmental charges that result from legislative action and that includes any attribution for the legislative action to also include a prominent statement that the action was taken by the Governor and the General Assembly, unless the legislation was enacted by the General Assembly over the Governor's veto; requiring agencies to issue correction notices for previously issued notices; etc.
