Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop and
implement the Maryland Health Professionals Credentialing Data Source;
providing for the purpose of the Credentialing Data Source; requiring
each health occupation board to provide credentialing information
about each health professional licensed, certified, or registered by
the board to the Department on or before July 1, 2006; authorizing a
health occupation board or a health professional to send additional
credentialing information to the Department; etc.
