Synopsis:

Exempting a Class C beer, wine and liquor (club) license issued to an educational and cultural foundation in the 42nd precinct of the 27th ward of Baltimore City from specified prohibitions relating to the issuance and transfer of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages in Baltimore City.
