Income Tax - Subtraction Modification - Military Retirement Income

Synopsis:

Altering a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for military retirement income; providing that retirement income that is included in the subtraction for military retirement income may not be taken into account for purposes of a subtraction modification allowed under the income tax for individuals who are at least 65 years old or who are disabled or have disabled spouses; applying the Act to tax years after 2005; etc.
