Circuit Court Judges - Ballot Designations - Nominating Party and Incumbency of Candidates

Synopsis:

Providing for the designation, in a general election, of each nominating party for a candidate for a circuit court judgeship; and requiring the election ballot note the incumbency of any candidate for a circuit court judgeship whose name is on the ballot.
