Child Custody and Visitation - Child Abduction

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a relative who knows that another person has lawful visitation rights with a child from harboring or hiding the child within this State or outside this State or acting as an accessory to a prohibited act under specified circumstances; establishing a defense; and applying specified penalties.
