Criminal Law - Weapon Used in Crime of Violence - Enhanced Penalties

Synopsis:

Altering the classification of the crime of using a specified firearm in the commission of a felony or a crime of violence from a misdemeanor to a felony; increasing mandatory minimum and maximum penalties for the first and subsequent violations of specified crimes committed with specified firearms; etc.
