Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Health Insurance and Medical
Expenses
Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for
health insurance costs and other medical expenses incurred by an
individual on behalf of another adult individual who is not a
dependent and resides in the same household; providing that the
subtraction may not exceed $10,000 in any taxable year; and applying
the Act to tax years beginning after December 31, 2004.
