Vehicle Laws - Drunk Driving - High Alcohol Concentration - Mandatory Ignition Interlock

Synopsis:

Requiring a court to prohibit a person convicted of, or granted probation for, a specified alcohol-related driving offense from operating a motor vehicle that is not equipped with an ignition interlock system for up to 3 years if the person, at the time of the offense, took a test that indicated that the alcohol concentration of the person's blood or breath was 0.15 or more.
