Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - Ebenezer Community Life Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Ebenezer Community Development Corporation for the renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of two existing buildings and the construction and capital equipping of a new wing, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan; etc.
