Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Chelsea School

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Governors of the Chelsea School, Inc. for the planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a classroom building and gymnasium and for the demolition and lead abatement of the annex to the Chelsea School, located in Silver Spring; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
