Maryland Recycling Bins
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $32,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Maryland Public Interest Research Group, Inc. for the purchase of
indoor and outdoor recycling bins, to be located on McKeldin Mall and
Fraternity Row at the University of Maryland, College Park; providing
for disbursement of the loan proceeds; establishing a deadline for the
encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
