Synopsis:

Requiring a parent or guardian of specified students to provide specified contact information with the student's school; requiring the contact information to include specified information; making failure to comply with these requirements a misdemeanor subject to a fine not to exceed $50; and requiring the State Department of Education to adopt specified regulations.
