Crimes - Broadcasting Visual Surveillance with Prurient Intent - Penalty

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person with prurient intent from broadcasting or procuring another to broadcast a specified visual surveillance of an individual in a specified private place knowing or having reason to know that the surveillance was conducted without the consent of the individual; establishing a penalty for a violation of the Act; and defining a term.
