Land Use - Planning Commissions and Boards of Zoning Appeals - Notice
of Time, Place, and Agenda
Requiring specified planning commissions and boards of zoning appeals
to publish notice of the time and place of public meetings together
with a summary of the proposed agenda for the meeting once each week
for 2 successive weeks; and providing that when the agenda contains an
item that, by law, must be decided by the planning commission or board
of zoning appeals within a specified period, the period is stayed for
up to 30 days in order to allow for public notice.
