Transferring the administration of the Protective Body Armor Fund from the Department of State Police to the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention; and transferring the functions of the Secretary of State Police relating to the Protective Body Armor Fund to the Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention.
