Altering the period of time that land is required to remain within an
agricultural district under the Maryland Agricultural Land
Preservation Foundation; requiring the county governing body to
establish, by ordinance, the time period required for an agricultural
district agreement within its jurisdiction; requiring the time period
to be within a specific number of years; and altering restrictions on
when a landowner may terminate a district agreement.
