Synopsis:

Requiring the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program to integrate alternative medicine into the Program; authorizing the Secretary of Budget and Management to contract with a private organization to integrate alternative medicine into the Program; defining the term "alternative medicine"; requiring the Department of Budget and Management to submit a specified report to the General Assembly on or before specified dates; etc.
