Circuit Courts - Funding for Judicial Law Clerks

Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions relating to a requirement that counties and Baltimore City reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for 25% of the salary and other expenses for law clerks for circuit court judges; requiring the counties and Baltimore City to continue to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for specified money that is owed as of a specified date; providing that money in a specified fund will be disbursed in a specified manner; etc.
