Synopsis:

Renaming the executive function exclusion under the Open Meetings Act as an exclusion for administrative functions; providing that the Open Meetings Act applies to a public body that conducts a meeting to consider budget issues; requiring a public body that conducts a meeting that is limited to an administrative function to comply with specified procedural requirements; authorizing a public body that conducts a meeting that is limited to an administrative function to comply with specified provisions of the Open Meetings Act; etc.
