Property Tax - Assessment Freeze for Elderly Homeowners

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an increase in the property tax assessment of specified owner-occupied residential real property owned by an individual who is at least a specified age, under specified circumstances; defining specified terms; and providing for the application of the Act.
