Frederick County - Courts - Filing Fee for Divorce Proceeding

Synopsis:

Requiring the Clerk of Court of Frederick County to charge a $100 filing fee for a divorce proceeding; requiring the Clerk of Court each month to pay the proceeds from filing fees to the Board of County Commissioners; and requiring the Board of County Commissioners to distribute the proceeds equally to Heartly House, Inc. and the Child Advocacy Center of Frederick County.
