Criminal Law - Reckless Endangerment - Use of a Motor Vehicle

Synopsis:

Providing that the prohibition against recklessly engaging in conduct that creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another does not apply to conduct involving the use of a motor vehicle if the exclusive proof of the reckless conduct would constitute a violation of specified provisions of law that prohibit driving while under the influence, of alcohol, or driving while impaired by any drug, a combination of drugs, or a combination of alcohol and drugs.
