Condemnation - Damages - Compensation for Assets of Business
Requiring that the damages to be awarded for the taking of land that
includes a business shall include compensation to the business owner
for the assets of the business under specified circumstances; and
providing that the damages shall include, and may not duplicate,
damages for the fair market value of the land.
