Child Support Enforcement - Child Support Payment Incentive Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the Child Support Enforcement Administration, by June 1, 2007, to develop a statewide Child Support Payment Incentive Program to encourage payment on child support; establishing criteria for participation in the Program; requiring the Administration to consider specified factors in determining whether to authorize a child support obligor to participate in the Program; establishing a specified presumption; authorizing the Administration to reduce child support arrearages under specified circumstances; etc.
