Synopsis:

Requiring a governmental unit in an action for condemnation of property for a public purpose to approve the taking in a development plan that is passed as law by the governmental unit; increasing the damages to be awarded and the calculation of fair market value of the property in actions for condemnation for a public purpose; providing for the recalculation of damages if property is condemned for a public use and later transferred to be used for a public purpose; etc.
