Synopsis:

Expanding the types of alcohol- and drug-related driving offenses for which persons convicted of specified subsequent offenses are subject to specified mandatory minimum periods of imprisonment under specified circumstances; altering the circumstances in which home detention is included in the meaning of "imprisonment" for the purpose of specified subsequent offender penalties; etc.
