Synopsis:

Providing that an individual serving as the Harford County Sheriff may elect to participate in the Employees' Pension System; providing that a Harford County Sheriff who does not elect membership in the Employees' Pension System within a specified period of time is required to join the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; etc.
