Authorizing members of the Employees' and Teachers' Retirement and
Pension Systems to make additional member contributions equal to 5% of
the member's earnable compensation; requiring that the additional
member contributions earn regular interest; requiring that the
additional contributions be credited to the members' accounts in the
annuity savings funds for the appropriate State system; etc.
