Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $350,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Reginald S. Lourie Center for Infants and Young Children, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and capital equipping of an existing building located in Rockville, Maryland; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a $200,000 matching fund; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
