Entitled:

Municipal Corporations - Elections - Voting by Nonresident Property Owners

Synopsis:

Providing that in a municipal corporation in which more than a specified percentage of the property in the municipal corporation is owned by persons who reside outside the municipal corporation, the nonresident property owners shall be granted the right to vote and participate in the municipal elections.
