Vehicle Violations - Fines - State Aid for Police Protection Fund

Synopsis:

Requiring the Comptroller to distribute 20% of the fines collected for specified vehicle violations into the State Aid for Police Protection Fund; and requiring that specified funds deposited into the State Aid for Police Protection Fund be distributed to Baltimore City, the counties, and municipal corporations in a specified manner.
