Crimes - Intentional HIV Transfer Causing Death - Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from intentionally transferring the human immunodeficiency virus to another individual; and establishing penalties for intentionally transferring the human immunodeficiency virus if the person to whom the virus was transferred dies from complications of the virus.
