Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Lloyd Street Synagogue

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $440,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Jewish Museum of Maryland, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, reconstruction, installation, and capital equipping of structural repairs and accessibility modifications; prohibiting the loan proceeds or the matching fund from being used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
