Real Property - Condominium Regimes - Voting Rights
Requiring that bylaws of a condominium regime contain specified
information about voting rights and executing a proxy; establishing
that, notwithstanding any other provision of law or governing
documents of a condominium, a unit owner may cast a vote in any matter
before the council or board of directors equal to the percentage
interest of common expenses assessed against the unit owner; and
authorizing only a unit owner with a mailing address located more than
50 miles from the condominium to execute a proxy.
